Oh, I love it! Especially the 'real-life' drawings of Tony; I can see them before me, something I usually don't. And, though I mourn the lack of (maybe even hands-on) comfort and 'touchy-feely', I think you wrote this just as it /would/ go with those two. After all, for them this was already way over their level of comfort ;-)

My favorite imagery was of the party and where Tony glowed and everyone else was clawing shadows.

I don't know what happened, but at first I didn't really feel much-that is until I reached the ending-and there's this feeling that made me teared up a bit and thought,"God,this is so sweet!"

This was a heart wrenching and simply beautiful piece. Amazing work!

I don't have words for how much I love this. Steve's talent with drawing is rarely brought up, and I love how you wrote Tony as, well, the man behind the mask. Vunerable and sad. I love your writing style so much, it's a perfect mix of humor and angst and, jesus, I wish I was this good. I loved how you had Steve draw Tony as a castle, a lighthouse. This was beautifully written.
