I think your story is brilliant. I particularly enjoy your version of Hermione. She's a great mix of brave and socially awkward. It's all the little things: blurting out that she is bored of Ron, feeling ostracized from everyone because she was not in the DA, being uncomfortably over the top trying to include Draco. I love it. Between her and Severus, they have an overabundance of brain power, but they are both so terrible at communicating that they are slow at getting it together. I look forward to the possibility of the "new Severus Snape" trying to mentor a bunch of angry snakelettes! Thanks for writing, I quite enjoyed it :)

I found your fics and profile as a fellow HGSS pairing enthusiast. This fic is such an interesting plotline! Using my imagination to envision the wild hare hunt Hermione has to go on to solve this and bring Snape back. At least that's the ending I envision for it. I hate sad endings. This is a very interesting and well-written story, with lots of wonderful details and back - story. Are you still writing it? I hope so. I would love to find out how Hermione will successfully resurrect Snape.

Great chapter. Thank you for explaining Dumbledore's resistance to giving Hermione any information. So, he's made a horcrux himself, has he? I like the description of how she's redecorated the office. I bet Snape would be disgusted. I especially liked dinner and all the interactions, the sharing of scars to deflect attention from Lavender, and Hermione's interactions with Draco. Now I'm kind of wanting this to go in a Dramione direction, evendors though it's supposed to be SSHG.
