Wow, great story! I've only played Witcher 3 myself (I'm on playstation) but I love the plot and am trying to get hold of the back story, but it's a little difficult without any of the other games! This gave me some hints though ;) Thanks a bunch for a great fanfic 3

Man, this was awesome. I was looking for a good, meaningful story involving this couple, and this more than delivered. Great work on the characterizations and dialogue. And, of course, the wonderful smut.

First time reading a fic for this and I loved it.

Having recently started to read Blood of Elves I can truly appreciate the way this is written, the way the characters are portrayed is perfect and it really does remind me of the way the original author wrote the book.

This is fairly well written. have you thought of continuing the story? With Geralt as the main character maybe?

Good story, Triss and everyone else was spot on. Maybe what she did was a bit too selfish of her but is on the realm of possibilities for what she'd do. Its well written, has good details; although i sort if wanted to see more of the other witchers.

Nevertheless i guess you want me to be nitpicky and constructive so here goes:

my nit pick is just a big preference of mine so please bear this in mind. But i felt that it had pacing issues. it felt a bit slow and long-winded at times. Mind you, i'm a big add kind of tard but i sort of stopped a few times while reading it. this nitpck is very subjective so please dont pay too much attention to it. Just something i had to come out and say, but like i said its a subjective nit-pick. Maybe you could spread the details more around the story instead of keeping them in a few big paragraphs... dunno really.

other big advise is the sex scene. the foreplay was goo,d you put good details, it was both hot and romantic but then it kind of lost that intensity when the actual sex began. like you gave good details well onto when he put it in, but then you went "and then they had sex"
In short you seemed to show the foreplay but you just told the sex, which was disappointing...
You could have added more kissing and touching while they were at it.

Your characterization of Triss is just perfect for that situation, I think. It fits really well with the images we get of her in "Blood of Elves" and it makes sense (to me, anyway) that she'd still be carrying a torch for him after all these years. She never really got to scratch that itch fully, I think. I really enjoyed the bits of dialog between the two of them, too.

Great story! Of course sooner or later Geralt is going to realize he's been had AGAIN. That's a conversation I'd love to listen in on!
