Thanks for answering all my questions in the last chapter! :-) As bummed as I am that Senna's not going to be sticking around :-[, (that is if I read the clues right -please be wrong, please be wrong-), you more than made up for it with that 'capture each other's keys to victory' plot twist! I did not see that coming. On a side note, are you ever going to bring up Rukia and Byakuya's opinions on the Dark Clan? Considering these particular evil occultist-wannabes are apparently some sort of exiled nobility, maybe Byakuya's opinion as a fellow noble might help clear things up.
By the way, are you considering any other major changes to the future plotline from canon? Because I read this story called 'Change One Side, Change the Story', and while it handled major canon tweaks pretty well, by the end of it it was so far from canon that Toshiro and Yoruichi were getting married. And don't get me wrong, I thought that was great, the author handled it well and gave both characters enough baseline interactions and compatability to make it work. I just wanted to throw a heads-up out there about where this story might be ultimately headed, you know? (No need for pairings, just trying to glean a bit of information about this story in the long haul.)

That explains why they took Toshiro. Great chapter and I can't wait to read the next

Best AU plotline since last year! (And I've read a LOT of AUs since last year...) And I absolutely love your idea of having the Hogyoku be kept inside Toshiro. :-) This story was originally shaping up to be like another story I read (can't remember the name) where Toshiro loses his memory and is found by the Kurosaki family before being adopted by them, followed by a rewrite of the whole bleach plotline, but this one's got originality! Kudos to you for that! ;-) Besides, our little Snowball needs some more love. Okay, question time. What happened to Toshiro's memories and where are they? What's going to happen to Senna when this whole thing boils over? Like, will she keep being a shinigami on active duty or will her status as the shinenju get in the way of her chances of having a good life (you know, one that isn't from the memories she's made of)? Also, what's Hyourinmaru going to do next? And why do those creepy Men in Black knock-offs want the 'Holder of the Hogyoku'? Remind me again how/why/when did Urahara put the Hogyoku inside Toshiro's body again? (Because he put it in Rukia because she had no reiatsu, but Toshiro was a CAPTAIN with a boatload's worth of reiatsu. So what happened there?)
P.S. Sorry if these questions are out of place because they've already been answered by you, but I tend to forget things like that. I do, however, remember how amazingly well thought out this story is, so if you see me review again, let's just say it's enthusiasm and leave it at that. Nope, definitely no OCDness here.
