OMG! I absolutely love this story! I love your version of fem Merlin! She’s so fun and spunky! I love that you really flushed out her character instead of keeping it just like it is in the show. I know it’s been like 4 years since you updated, but please please please keep writing this story! You’re an incredible author and I can’t wait to see you would have Merilyn change up the plot! xoxo

Seriously disappointed with the first meeting with Arthur. I think Arthur would have behaved very differently knowing that Merlin in a woman. Merilyn started off really well, some magical training, skill with blades and not innocent. Then she gets to Camelot and pretty much acts and says everything verbatim from the show, which makes no sense considering she's an entirely different person. Her way of thinking and behaviour would definitely not be the same in any way, and despite her experience, she comes across as very naive about the world. There was no calculating behaviour while confronting Arthur. She didn't notice his obvious noble status, nor consider the best way to approach the situation. And Arthur flipped her over his body and smacked her into the ground? Arthur doing that to a woman, no matter how impertinent, is completely unrealistic considering his character. He wouldn't have challenged her to a fight, and likely would have made some sort of effort to impress her if she's a beautiful as you allude Merilyn to be. You also accidentally refer to Merilyn as Merlin. I was really hoping for a much smarter, cunning and powerful femMerlin. At the very least, I would have liked to read how different Merlin as a woman would be, which you really didn't do. Being a woman would change absolutely everything. EVERYTHING. She wouldn't say or do anything the same way, especially not with how different you made her background compared to canon. It makes no sense, and is truly disappointing.
