I'd love to read more, of maybe Jack coming back and interacting with SHIELD? SHIELD wondering about Jack's connection to Steven or even the Avengers reaction to Jack and Steve knowing one another? I mean, Tony would certainly be surprised Steve would know and be friendly with someone like Jack, considering he thinks Steve is old-fashioned.

Wouldn't Loki and the scepter be an alien problem, meaning UNIT and Torchwood involvement?

Literally not even three hours ago, I was staring at the end screen of an episode if Torchwood and thought "What if Jack and Cap met?" - And then I find THIS lively piece and, well, it was stunning, love.

I so so wish there were more fics with this pairing that are this good! This was really sweet and, in my opinion, totally possible! :)
