This was just outstanding. I know a man who came back from war with PTSD, had nightmares about it till the day he died. But in between those, during his waking hours, he got married, raised a family, and was well-loved and respected. He was my father.

This was great! That ending, with Tony swimming even though he had JUST had a panic attack, truly showed how stubborn and strong he was. He didn't want to show weakness, and that's a huge part of his character. I loved that his teammates were there for him, (and Pepper too, although I don't really like Pepperony, but it was subtle enough that I could enjoy the story anyways). Fantastic job with writing this story, I loved this! :)

I've seen a few stories about Tony and his reaction to water post kidnapping, but I really like how you've made it so that he's facing the fear and trying to overcome it :)

What I liked most about your Fic, is that at the end Tony fights back against his trauma. He just suffered an episode but it not ends there, not with the sad face or apologies from the others or anything like the sort. You just made a different and completely important action in this version of Tony's PTSD... He's going to surpass this.

Just for this I can say I'm very pleased and happy.

I love that Tony won't let his past horrible experience control his life. That feels very much like him. Very well written story. Good job. :)
