Tony did have his chance at Rota and he didn't take it.

oh wow, i need to rlly buy that voice program. i heard it was good but thats pretty darn cool if it wrote this chap out for you.
the story's not bad. feels like its missing something though and i cant put my finger on it.
there are many grammar mistakes. too many to point out but when i read that you're dyslexic, i was like, oooooohhhhhh. i just thought that you were barely learning english :)
as for what's next, i'd like to read what tim's up to next, how he's handling everything. maybe a glimpse at his new position in another team. finally getting the respect he deserves and feels more than welcome, etc. i actually wouldnt mind reading where he does so much better in another place that he actually shoots up the promotion ladder so to speak. i also want something to shake up abby and tony to the point that they learn the wrong they've done. if not, then in front of a review board or maybe they're actually stationed in other parts of the world and actually learn reality the hard way. as for ziva, i like her a lot. i wouldnt mind reading something on where she and tim actually talk and start over as friends. maybe she follows along and works under him if he makes leader of some sort. as for gibbs, to apologize to tim, clear the air, and leave it at that. to allow tim to make his own choices and gibbs to grow from this mistake he made. and become proud from hearing of tim's success outside his team.
i'm just throwing stuff out there just popped into my head right now. which is odd cuz when i brainstorm for my tales i dont get many ideas. lol. oh well. hope that'll start your muse in some way :)

the only difference in the charakters as I see them is Tony, who - at least to me - is less fixated in his world and able to see what he has done (altough he doesn't admit it to other people)
I totally agree with your views on Abby

Interesting that Gibbs is the only team member besides Ziva that actually feels remose for the way they treated Tim. Abby is such a spoiled selffish over grown brat that she can't see that she was totally wrong. As for Tony the same can be applied. Glad that Jimmy told the group off as a whole.
Wondering what Vance will decide. Kind of like the idea of them going before the review board. I would at least fire Abby and Tony for their actions. Gibbs would repremand and Ziva too, but would keep them on.
