I love reading stories with these two, and it's been so long since I last did so.
Those final words really are haunting. Ciel is so horribly cold to Doll, so it's nice that in your story he takes the consideration of burrying her the way he does and thinking about her.

I loved it. It described the end that we never saw and what a bittersweet ending it was. Good job XD
