Very touching little piece - I think you got the character's individual voices pretty much dead on too. Only suggestion I would make is find some way to indicate scene/POV shifts - it would help the flow immensely. I usually use a line of stars myself:

Jane talks/thinks etc

*****

Thor talks/thinks etc...
