BRILLIANT I NOW LOVE THIS PAIRING

Great story! I loved how you kept going further and further back in time to give us details of how they met each other and became friends (or more ...). Great characterization of both Cat and Stannis.
Is the story finished?
I felt like now we need to go back to the present time to see how their meeting at the war camp goes ... Now that we have their back story, can you please write an epilogue?

A great many things could be said about this story, let alone this chapter. Reading Catelyn describing and commenting Stannis is like she talking describing me. It this not one of the best, it's one of the greatest. :)

I really liked this, but the bit with Gendry was random. Thought you could have done more with and resolved it all a bit - It just sort of ended. Please write more!

I've been stalking this story for a little while, and I finally felt that I needed to write a review. You're characterization of Stannis and Cat is quite good. I've never been a fan of Catelyn, but I've always found Stannis to be an interesting, misunderstood character. This story is an interesting background piece.

I look forward to your sequel to this.
