Oh my gosh, Lassiter is thinking that he can finally have happiness and of course it’s because of Juliet! Great story as per usual! I’ve been busy so I jump from one story to another but I’m trying to leave comments on them because comments are the best! However it’s been a week or two since I read one of your stories and my memory is completely awful but I’ll find them and comment! Like for instance, right now, Juliet punching Shawn, highlight of the story! I mean why didn’t she do that in the show?! And poor Lassiter, but the guy he was training seemed to be a good guy. I loved the story from beginning to the end. It was believable and the characters seemed to be true from the show even if the couple you put together at the end are not cannon. I could really see this happening. I also like how you made Vick, have a “I’m not involved yet I’m gonna slowly watch this train wreck from afar because I lokey love my detectives” attitude was great. If that makes sense. Anyway great story!

I love the way you write the characters. You don't make them weak and flaky, which is so infuriatingly common in romances. Another brilliant story!

From popping Shawn in the nose (jeez, he simply doesn't know when to stop, does he?) to Henry's conversation with Gus, to Carlton and Juliet's discussion, to the resolution of said discussion (with a side note shootout to the conversation between Carlton and Vick while Juliet's undressing him).

Absolute perfection.

And I'm so glad there's at least one more chapter left to go, because I dearly want to see the aftermath of the resolution.

ROTFL, love that she hit Shawn. He was not only insulting Lassie but refusing to listen to her request to stop talking. Dangerous combination. Funny how for all his observational skills he can overlook some pretty obvious clues, like lock changing, her ongoing defense of Lassiter should indicate it's over and done with and that there's more than casual friendship between Juliet/Lassiter. Looking forward to seeing how things wrap up... whenever they wrap up... no rush.

Love the bathroom kiss, believe it's in character for Jules to give Shawn another chance, I just watched the finale... guess I'm going to have to get used to those two, but at least can still escape to ff world for the Lassiet love. Good job, looking forward to next chapter
