For the love of God, don't let the Doctor near any Star Wars game! Especially Old Republic! It'll take off the appeal of Star Wars universe, with the emphasis on "Wars". Or better yet, let him near Dawn of War series, he'll come up with a suitable solution to all species there.

To come think of it, Doctor really like Earth literature right? How he gushes over when he brings Donna to that Planet Library. Maybe you could write about him commenting on several famous literature in-universe. LOTR, HP, Harry Dresden, Discworld, and all sorts of famous ones tvtropes like. Oh, maybe a little Twilight bashing? :D
