That is a statement NOT a question, therefore it doesn't need a ? mark at the end. If it was a question then Rose would be saying...

"Isn't it time for you to take a nap little girl?" Rose asked. She is asking Mia and waiting for an answer.

And also if Lisa was Dimitri's sister she would be Lisa Belikova, Russian girls have an "a" at the end of their surname.

It really annoys mean when people come on the site, who don't do their research, claim they are fans BUT no nothing about the characters, can't spell, their grammar is so bad.

Don't pretend to write when you clearly can't and you don't even know the dofference between a question and a statement.
