There's one story where Sherlock explains to John why Sally hates him. You might find that interesting, plus its just a great story...Its called 'The Most Luminous of People' and its by liriodendron. One of my other favourites is 'In Praise of Plato'. Its by EvenlodesFriend. Lestrade yells at Sally while John almost throttles Anderson.

I don't believe that I've read many fics where John tells her off. that doesn't mean anything though since I haven't read bucket loads of Sherlock fanfiction. my focus is glued to merlin especially as season 5 will be airing soon!
