I have read quite a few Doctor Who fanfictions in my time. There are many that I've liked, a few that I've loved and a handful that reach me on a real emotional level. This is one of those last ones. That last exchange of dialogue between the two sitting in the warm sunshine of 1912, it's...perfect. I've never heard it said better - that feeling you get when you're with someone special - you know the universe is going on but you're not happening around it, it's happening around you. So, thank you so much for sharing this piece of brilliant writing. Utterly fantastic!
