The way you describe the way they are playing is very sweet and the ending is very satisfying. It's an amazing idea, the both of them playing their instruments together. I don't know, but for some reason you had me cryingn at the almost-ending. So thank you for writing this, it's absolutely great!

This is really good, though it is pretty obvious that if you play piano you haven't for long. The right pedal makes notes longer and the left pedal makes notes shorter, so pressing both at once would accomplish nothing. To express anger via piano music, you'd probably make the notes loud and end them abruptly. This is actually a pretty minor mistake, and I doubt a non-pianist would notice. I just found it rather jarring.

Other than that one error, this is a great story. You've inspired me to go listen to that song.
