| marmaroth chapter 1 . 8/3/2014 So I recently binge-marathoned all of Shaman King in one go, which made me incredibly nostalgic, which made me go back to read all the SK fanfics I have stored up that haven't been updated in a while, which led me to this story, which reminded me of how totally awesome it is. Seriously, I think I appreciate it much more this time around than when I first read it. The protagonist is selfish, hilariously blunt, powerful without being overpowered, and even realistically fails from time to time. Your writing is pretty solid overall, though it could take some polishing here and there. The crossovers were a bit confusing the first time around, but rereading it now, I can really appreciate how neatly you tied everything together. And I'm a Hao fangirl at heart, so the fact that that pairing is endgame just takes the cake. All that having been said, crossing my fingers and praying that this hasn't been abandoned! |
