| ym4yum1 chapter 1 . 3/1/2013 This is really lovely. Steve was always a survivor, a fighter, he never gave up. Being alone in this new world is nothing worst then being sick in his old one. He's allowed to feel lonely and depressed, but this is not who he is. He's a hero in his heart, the hero that 'saved' Agnes today, just by listening and drawing. He gives us hope just by believing... Doing the right thing! That's what we need, hope! No more drama! Keep writing! |

Your characterisation of Steve was perfect, and Agnes is an engaging and realistic character. I also agree with another reviewer that you should write something where Agnes realises that the "angel" is actually the real Captain America. I would definitely read that! It seems you have way too little faith and praise in yourself regarding your writing abilities, but I'm telling you, people want to read more of this. Just look at the reviews below! So please at least consider writing another one shot (or SOMETHING) featuring our favorite soldier and former cafe-waitress? It doesn't need to be a full chapter-fic (though the things you could create with multiple chapters would be marvellous), just a short little encounter or run-in in where she helps him see the wonders of today, or he tells her all about the wonders of his time, perhaps?
