Nice way to fill out what happens to Sakura during the timeskip. It makes sense that she'd team up with Ino and Chouji for their second go at the chuunin exams. I also like the idea that someone (specifically Gaara) gave her the black gloves.

Really enjoyed this chapter :) you write very well and have captured the characters perfectly from what you've written so far. Please don't give up with this story, I think it has real potential and it would be a shame to not continue after such an amazing cliff hanger ending!
