Once again, you've done it right. A genderbend that isn't overly cliché. I sincerely applaud you. You have my tastes assumed correctly so thanks for the recommendation. This seems right for them. Their characters I think are well done and thought out. And again, you keep it interesting. So well done. Please keep writing like this, I'd enjoy reading your stories. ;)

I'll tell you what kind of guy would be interested in a love story; my guy. Mikey is completely contrary to the popular image of a modern young man, he even writes Puzzleshipping. I suppose it is all in the person who is reading the story, not the gender. Just a tip. ;)

Anyway, onto my review. I actually have read this story before, I just didn't realize that this was you. I tend to review mostly when I want to critique something or give a contrary opinion. I also review Teenie's fanfics, but mostly to show support. You can look forward to more review from me in the future though. Lol _

This is so cute. Yumi seems a little cocky though. Arrogance is one thing, but sometimes it's a little too much, but I think you've got it pretty well-balanced. My only problem is that Yumi seems kind of like a user in this, like if she had to, she could choose any man to partner with her, and they would be more than willing. Yami in canon knows his limits and although he's arrogant and proud, he can also be humble too. In all honesty, in a dance duel tournament, I don't think Yami would be too interested, but he wouldn't mind partnering with whomever may ask. Things this light-hearted would only be entertaining, a nice change of pace compared to having to constantly save the world, but that's it.

I know, I'm being too literal. I'm sorry. I did something like that in my fem!Yami oneshot in order to tie in Yami's female persona to canon Yami's attitude, so I have no room to talk in this situation, and it isn't something that detours from the point of the story, which is the slow, gradual realization that although it has been there all along, Yumi and Seto are meant for each other. Just as long as the competition isn't too consuming. The date portion is adorable, Yumi looks so pretty. And Seto is handsome as always, lol

All in all, I like this a lot. It's edgy, classy, the characters are IC for the majority of the time. This is a favorite of mine.
