Unless Ms. Parkinson spent time with family in the deep South, I can't imagine Pansy using such Southernisms as 'as I live and breathe' and 'I do declare'. However her version of poisonous over-the-top politeness is perfectly suited for that dialect.

B. (I knew all those years in debate would hone my organizational skills! 8) ) Who is the attacker? My gut reaction is Belatrix, but didn't Molly kill her? - I'm not that sure how much of canon is in the back story here.

The interlude with Maeve was ... different, to say the least. Hermione would now seem to have touched her fey side and learned, at least a bit, what that means.

I see that this allows her to deal with the glass. Their discussion with the dark wizards is going to be interesting.

Tremendous action, quite well thought out combat scenes. And of course, things can't go smoothly to a conclusion. 'Twill be fun to see what she's got her bushy hair into now!

Something from an earlier chapter. Hermione being in love with Harry from the very start is a horrible situation for the three. Honesty demands that she come clean with them, especially Ron. She's been living a lie with him and it's terribly unfair to him.

I understand why she hasn't in Harry's case, as it would be heart-breaking if her feelings aren't returned.

Still honour and shear decency demand that she tell them.
