It's especially heartbreaking to see poor John once again being tortured by a Wraith Queen. I do hope that there is a way out for them. Somehow, I think that Todd is playing everyone and has more hidden hands. |

How you managed to pack so much tension and fear into what essentially amounts to five days of characters waiting around...how you did *that*, while also making it funny...and adding character development...and advancing the plot...and all with a bare minimum of introspection is...did I mention that I'm reeling? And the ending! I've loved this story all along, but you keep outdoing yourself, and I mean that. This was a really beautiful and surprising chapter. Thank you so much for these updates! |
