Wherever the ice king is, the colder the area around him gets. It's where he spends most of his time, anyway.
He'd have to be risk dying to truly escape the ice kingdom.

It's just like as if he wrote it himself, in third person in his diary, when he's sad and feeling poetic, in a slightly different way of writing yet still how he views the world. Even without him talking about his past I can sympathize. I love it!

It's quite sad but I rather liked it. Thank you for sharing this little story whit us.
