Wow! This made me laugh my ass off bc you got the personalities just right. Awesome!

Let me start this by giggling like a little girl and rolling around on the floor from sheer happiness. In other words: Oh my gosh! It's just so fluffy and adorable!
However, seeing that this was a one-shot, it could've been a bit longer. Mainly around Lavi and Kandas' reunion in the cafeteria. But, (sorry for starting a sentence with a conjunction, bleh), the length of the story also depends on the POV of the character in question, which would be Kanda.
Really the only problem I saw with it, beside minor spelling errors, were the parts in which the Narrator and character/Kanda seemed to haven shared, abstracted, and preoccupied thoughts throughout the story. I, personally, would've smashed Kandas' idle thoughts together in a few paragraphs and be done with it.
I don't want to seem too harsh, soooo, I'll leave this review with one last comment: Alright, in the beggining of the story or in the author's note or story be sure to imply or flatly say the Yuu and Lavish have been together for awhile. I was kind of surprised at first, when I first read this, but they were so perfect together I wasn't annoyed with the story.
Overall, although it sounds fangirl-ish, it's put together relatively well, the characters still seem like themselves (as in they came straight out of the Anime/Manga) with a bit of the authors style of writing showing through, and it has great vocabulary with few errors throughout its entirety.
