Is this story going to be continued?

This. This is the story that got me into the Harry/Katie pairing. I'm still a hardcore Hinny shipper but if Harry were to be with anyone else in my opinion it'd be with Katie. I really love how you've spent time fleshing out who Katie is as a person and building up her friendship with Harry before delving into their feelings for each other later on. Not rushed or forced in any way, I really feel like their developing feelings for each other is a natural thing which I absolutely LOVE. As many previous reviewers have said, this slow burn is far better than the 'oh I looked at you once and now I'm in love with you' crap that kinda annoys me a lot. I also LOVE how this is a legit story that's not some ff excuse for Harry to sleep his way around Hogwarts. There's an actual plot to this story and although it's almost exactly the same as HBP, I still get a feel that if this pairing were to happen in canon, I'd 100% believe it.

Anyway, I love your story so much, and although it's been a few years since you've updated at this point, I'm still hoping to see another update in the future!

Awesome story really loving the plot so few Katie Harry fanfics out their. Couldn't help but notice its been a few years since you'v updated, I realize life gets in the way and your interests may have changed, but I now myself and others would greatly appreciate it if you kept up with the story.

Excellent story, shame it's seems to be abandoned. Especially given how few Harry & Katie stories are there even if it got such a nice potencial.
I love your slow build up and how they relationship is based on deeping their friendship.
Also Katie background is really well done and I was really looking forward to seeing her reaction to the more outstanding stories when Harry would tell her :)

I know it's been a while since you updated, but I feel compelled to ask: is this story abandoned? It's just so good that it'd be a terrible shame to see it never completed. First, I love the name, it's perfect. Second, in a genre as small as Harry/Katie(MAYBE three or four stories that aren't harem) having easily the best of the lot(by a very, very wide margin) go unfinished is a kick in knee. Three, Katie actually feels like a character instead of a Ginny re-skin. The writing, the pacing, and the utilization of bits from the books in both canonical and unique ways to frame the story is all really well done. Even if it was a common ship this would be too good not to mourn for a cancellation. The rarity makes the blow sting even more.

In short, love your story, hope to hear if you plan on finishing or have moved on.
