Perhaps the best approach to the reveal. Arthur finds out on his own, does not tell he knows, and lets Merlin reveal it in his own time. Certainly it is the most mature and safest option, but it does require Arthur to be quite a bit more mature than is usually shown or seen. Perhaps a pipe dream more than anything else, but certainly good for a bit of fluff. Thank you for posting!

Loved the scene that followed after throwing the sword out the window, to the end of the story. Made me smile and chortle and basically face-palm :D

That was a wonderful story! You have a beautiful writing style. And you captured their characters so well. I loved the part when Arthur is listening in on Merlin, and even though it was so hard to hear those things, he stays to make sure no one else hears him: It was heartbreaking. You're amazing!

This is a lovely little piece! Thanks! It's always a bit different to have a reveal where Arthur already knows, but I love how you explored his thoughts about it. How well he understood why Merlin wouldn't tell him, instead of just getting angry about it! Poor Merlin, he has such good reasons to be afraid!

Seriously, the way you catch Arthur's POV was amazing! It's so...him! I like the way Arthur decide that Magic wasn't evil just because Merlin wasn't. And the whole thing "Don't-worry-Merlin-doesn't-have-magic-no-he's-possessed!"

And the talk and the ending was really funny too. The both of them are so clumsy! They just dont know how to show their feelings. Very cute.
