I'm confused, why would she say there was pain in her heart after she just made love to the man she loves, that makes no sense, and why would that be the death of the innocent 12 year old, it was that 12 year olds dream to be with sasuke. I think sakura would see it as a beautiful thing rather than a horrible one.
