This definitely wasn't what I was expecting. I'm kind of glad you chose to show some of the not so fluffy times in their relationship. It makes it seem real. I just love this 'verse you've created.

I remember this well and can totally see Kate doing what she did. When Al woke up and asked Kate about Rick, you just had to feel sorry for all involved.

Loved seeing Al want to look for Rick right away and them going out to look. It wasn't surprising they found him at the Old Haunt.

I enjoyed the scene when they found Rick and Al did most of the talking. Kate's apology was good as well as Rick reassuring the girls that he was going nowhere and that the wedding was still on.

Well done.

Good thing Al was there to insist on go find Rick :)

Kate freaked out a bit, but it's all okay. And I love Al. In all situations, and in this too. SO adorable and innocent.

That was great! Harder to do everything when there is a child in a story. You can't just run out into the night, or have a loud fight, or date without planning sitters etc. You've always done such a marvelous job of filling in the details with these characters.
