Really charming. I love how very, very perceptive and yet utterly strange Luna is in this. Her and Ron are polar opposites in a lot of ways, which is rather fun.

I really liked this story and I'm always impressed with your writing skills. However, I would like to suggest changing the rating from K to T only because of the swearing. Anyway, good job and continue writing.

These little shots are always nice to see that Ron wasn't a complete jerk and actually still cared for HErmione. But the problem always seems to be how to reconcile these nice feelings, gestures, and epiphanies with the fact that he stays with Lavender for another few months and isn't always pushing her away until after his poisoning. So it would be interesting to see how someone addresses that, which is why I like "The Waiting Place." Hope you share some more great stories.

This was excellent. I think you did a really excellent job with Ron's feelings during HBP. You kind of summed up Ron and Hermione's relationship perfectly. And Luna was absolutely perfect. You wrote her spot on. And you were good at using her as a medium for Ron's confused thoughts/emotions. I really enjoyed the dynamics of Ron and Luna's friendship as well. It's something we never get to see in the books and this is how I would picture it to be. Ron talking about his jumbled emotions and thoughts and Luna putting them into perspective for him.

This was an interesting spin-Luna taking care of things...I can picture Luna-"Hermione, Ron has Wrackspurts in his head but he loves you" good ole Luna right ;) btw in my own lil world, Lav Lav never existed ;)

This was a great insight into Ron's feelings towards Hermione at this point in HBP. But besides that I think you did Luna particularly well.

So clever! Most people write Luna as being dreamy and a bit off, which she is, but rarely does one write her as wise. Luna has the ability to see what others refuse to, and has no problem saying it because she honestly believes that she's helping. And in this case she really did.

What she said about her playing him and how Hermione thanked him through her... ah, I wish I could read that conversation! :)
