I wish I could come up with more intelligent reviews for you but that was just a hypnotic punch in the gut and I was almost late for work reading it, had to drop in the middle and only got to finish it now. You know, of course, that all of this is imbedding itself in my brain as things that actually happened, because it was so damn good and fitting and painful. Fuck I feel bad for this guy. The mood and the flow of this are perfect, and I constantly thinking that I'm not even able to discern all the nuances in your writing. It's beautiful and powerful. Your characters truly are alive to me.

Content-wise, it was the mix of deep insight into character and heartbreaking impact that I've come to expect from your writing. I won't deny that that failed seduction scene had a deep emotional impact on me. All the wrong reasons on both sides. Well written, well handled.
