My first Underworld story! Thanks for writing and sharing a winner! Looking forward to reading the next two installments.

Liked this story alot.

This is part questioning the logic of your character Selene and part frustration of the rampant disregard, across this entire website, for what the Underworld series was.

The plot of your story is probably pretty good, but why do people insist on writing Selene as this emotionally crippled person who is incapable of dealing with anything that might upset her? She is a 600 year old soldier. If she had even the slightest tendency to go into a catatonic state because something very upsetting happened then how in the world did she survive all those centuries in the middle of a deadly supernatural war?

Sorry for the rant, but sometimes I really wonder if the people who write Underworld stories actually saw the movies and the characters they are trying to write about.
