I also figured that he would be perfect for her- despite them both being formed in a marriage without their consent as a ploy for Zeus to control a potential Titaness (just saying), mostly because Hephaestus knows how shallow just beauty is and could see her for more than just a pretty face just like he could be seen as more than disfigured. anyone else notice how the author has set it up from the beginning how Luke is the good guy and in love with Percy and annabeth is the bad guy, most likely the traitor and hates Percy because Luke loves her? obvious foreshadowing

it should be mentioned that this story is listed as fem-percy/luke. Luke is like 19, where percy is 12. anyone else getting the pedo vibes?

Percy is clearly no smarter in this story than in canon since exactly the same things happened. The gender switch alone should have a huge impact, but she even says the exact same things. She doesn't come across as Athena smart at all. Also, the name Persis is terrible. Sally named her son Perseus because he was one of the only demigods who had a happy ending. It's more than likely she would have done the same thing if Percy had been born a girl. Persis is a dumb made up name.

The story was ok. I enjoyed hearing things from the gods perspective. My biggest two problems with your story though are these.

One a quarter of every chapter is reserved for you to reply to reviews. This is shitty for an author to do. 99.99% of the people don’t know what you are answering and neither do they care. This is to read stories, not a fucking forum.

Two, you followed way to close to canon. If female percy is so much smarter, thigs would not have happened exactly the same way. You make your characters into incompetent morons just so they can follow along like canon. It also made most of the changes you did add pointless and stupid since everything was still railroaded into canon events. Everyone stopping everyone from acting especially when actions were needed to be taken but no, the author wanted canon so even the gods were stupid and pointless.
Let me ask you this. What punishments have the gods suffered for breaking their vow of not having children? None! So what exactly is stopping them from breaking any of the other stupid rules? Nothing again. So any excuses they give are only self serving lies. This is why this book isn’t as good as it could have been. It’s full of useless idiots who do nothing but complain. The author made this worse by having said idiots profess to be intelligent only for them to be worse. A stupid person can’t help but be stupid and isn’t really at fault. A smart person being stupid? Well, that’s a lot worse.
