I would really appreciate an update! I love this story, but seven years is a bit long for a hiatus

it's been over 6 and 1/2 years since the last update. will this ever be finished? i want to see how harry deals with the snake this time around and if harry will ever get away from his relatives without problems. i want to see who harry ends up with in the end instead of ginny. will draco have a better life in the end and will he find someone he can love instead of an arranged marriage? will moldyshorts be defeated earlier and without a massive war? will harry get the horcruxes sooner? will he graduate hogwarts and prevent the 'dark prince' from rising this time around? will ron and harry ever become friends in the end? will Ginny get over her crush on harry? will she be saved or is someone else stuck with the book this time? will lockhart get his comeuppance sooner? please write more soon! i dearly want to know how this ends!

i know you haven't touched this in years but i really wish you would finish this beautifully written story. the character development is amazing. i absolutely love this story and i literally just found it. i can't wait to read more to see if my suspicion on who the heir could be is correct or not.
