A very well-written fic. I especially love the last line about how since he chose Jane over Anne, he's stuck with that for all eternity. I just seems so amusing to me. The part where Anne sees Henry but just walks away makes me think 'Ha, he got what he deserved!' but at the same time, I felt bad over how haunted he was by her.

Its great specially since Anne ignored him. I would have love for him to see that the son he always wanted to be king didnt last more than a few months and the greatest queen was that woman daugther.

This is a beautifully done story, haunting and revealing all at the same time. I absolutely adore it! I also completely agree with you on Anne being the love of Henry's life his greatest passion. I think he did truly believe he loved all of his wives when he married them...but the one that stuck with him was Anne, even when he thought he hated her.

I liked this oneshot...and it was a nice touch to see Anne walk away from him

Beautiful... This was unique. Not sure about your portrayal of Jane - I absolutely loved Annabelle Wallis' as Jane - but Henry was very nearly perfect. I loved how you pointed out that he could not look at Elizabeth for fear of being reminded of Anne Boleyn. Too bad this is but a one-shot!
