Uh, you only turn into an Oozaru if you directly look at the full moon, not just by being in it's light. The power levels are also kind of wonky in this imo. I hope you know that Vegeta at this point should have a PL around 10,000 if not higher, he would already be able to destroy the Earth many times over and travel much faster than light.

Vegetas bebaviour and also his view on the earthlings are so unusual from canon, even this far in the story it is still surprising me.
I forgot about Roshis ability to read minds, maybe he knows something to prevent it to. That would be interesting and it could help Vegeta against Freezas mental attacks. Just a thought .

For a while there I got so scared when you introduced Freeza who have been mentally torturing Vegeta, and I thought, oh crap, NONE OF THIS IS REAL? But then it is real, they're really on earth and that was a HUGE SIGH OF RELIEF from me.

I especially love your take on Bulma and Vegeta here. I never realized how different it felt without them bickering at each other relentlessly. I mean, sure they do but you didn't focus on that. A lot of B/V fics are all about the fights and the bickering but you put that on the background and it didn't feel distracting anymore. Yet at the same time, they're not OOC either. I love it!
Good lord, what is up Nappa's butt? Can't that jerk be happy for once? Who is the chick who flirted with him? Oooooh...curious! I really don't get why didn't he tell Vegeta about that king with the purple throne? That was important. I don't trust you, Nappa.

I really love these early parts of Dragon Ball. They were so fun and amazing. In some ways, I find Dragon Ball, even better than DBZ. It was just so darn amazing! Even so, these guys need to progress a lot quicker. Vegeta's suffering so much, for all their sake's...

Aw man, this torture sessions are damn heart-wrenching. Frieza's such an evil, twisted bastard. I hope Vegeta murders him brutally, for all he's done and continues to do. I do think Goku should be a lot stronger than he is, given all the time he's spent with the Saiyans though.

Vegeta's definitely right about Bulma's apparent selfishness being superficial. That's why I love her character so much. Her selfish aspects are sort of humorous, but when it really comes down to it, she's deeply caring, kind-hearted and compassionate.

Hm, I would imagine that Oozaru Vegeta can best Oozaru. Goku with a flick, but that's okay.
