Actually the correct translation of "switch hate to love" to Icelandic is "Skipta/breyta hatur í ást"

The world "elska" is used when saying you love something but Love means "Ást" and when talking about hating something you say "hata" but otherwise it's "hatur". Also "ao" is not an Icelandic world, I actually don't think we have any word that has those two letters together like that.
