That was pretty long, and very enjoyable. Long enough that I had to go back near the end and remind myself of the details. That last third was intense. It’s wonderful to see Marie grown and gain control over her powers.

Did she ever actually meet Detective Rogers? though she just talked to him on the phone. Guess that’s something that happened off-screen.

Many chapters dedicated to this last, dramatic bit. Still, it doesn’t feel slow.

Poor Hank. Good thing he’s the only other feral. Must be quite embarrassing for him, to be able to smell their activities.

Ira so bizarre to see a movie continuity fox based past X3. Most people try to ignore it. So many dead. No Charles, Jean, or Scott. Ororo does at least make a leader.

So, in Chapter 4, you listed Mystique a Class 4.
“Mystique hadn't yet, and she was also a Class Four.”

Here, it would seem that she falls under Class 2.
“Defensives have active mutations but they are...well...defensive in nature. Changing one's shape, teleporting from one location to another, healing quickly...they all serve as a defense mechanism.”
Of particular note, the phrase “Changing one’s shape” is used as an example of a Class 2. Mystique is definitely a shapeshifter. Is there anything else that would cause her to be a Class 4?

Class 4 is described here as “Class Four – Strategics: Mutations that allow individuals to effectively change their surrounding environment with differentiation in levels and forms of use.”

A shapeshifter ability does not much seem to allow the individual to change the surrounding environment. Of course, I realize you’ve probably written this as you’ve gone. Got a more clear classification hasten than most of the movies and comics.

Nice to see Remy here. Other than that one time in Origins: Wolverine, didn’t get him in the films.

Always was a bit vague on this, especially in the films. Can one progress up a level, after giving more control? Will they always stay the same level, with that level being their maximum potential? The first seemed to be implied.

There’s something very odd with formatting. Every few paragraphs, there are words with no space between them. It looks a littlelike this. Whole and properly spelled words, but with no space to separate them.

Late to the party. In love with this story. Wish you had written more. Class five has such a promising start . Improvements can be made any time, ignore the haters out there. Wish I had any writing skills to put my ideas on paper lol. My only concern was with the timeline. If we consider X3 being made 6 years after X1 then Rogue would be 23-24. Movie timeline is kinda foggy X3 was a mess anyway. Lol.

I had to review this one chapter at least. And tell you again how good is the plot, and how great are your characters descriptions, and how great is the flow of the story based on the different POVs. You took evolution to another level here, and I love the romance, the possessiveness and well... Logan hehehe. Logan here is the real thing.

I don't think people is going to stop reading these stories any time soon, or give up asking you for an update, so I'll leave it to them now to convince you to post again. :P

Seriously one of the most addictive fics I've read in this fandom. You have a gift! can't bring myself to read the sequel knowing it's not finished, but I really love this!
