OMG! It was SO cute! i just wanna squeeze dean and slap john! OOOHHHHH!

Makes me laugh, a homemade scarf over Sam's hoody, with scarf sticking straight out n each side like my grandma did to me. To tears, fever driven dean pouting and frantic over his hurt jacket that Dad gave to him. Probably a second hand, thrift store jacket John bought in s hurry and thrust in Dean's face. Then hot rage, Sam having to assure a near delirious Dean that of course and had said he was proud of his oldest son, patting his brother's knee. And just broken watching Dean pull his frozen jacket off the frozen ground holding it up at all angles crying out he Ruined it.

All the poor, little kids I have seen dressed in worn out cloths trudging beside or behind parents, children so drained the can't pick their worn feet up walk by brings Dean to mind. Makes me think how invisible the weakest and most desperate are to people passing them on the street.

I don't know how, but you've managed to write one of the most adorable things I've ever read. I doff my hat to you, kind author. : D

Hey, I've got a replica "Dean" jacket. It was the first thing I was able to rescue from my house after the fire and now I can't sleep without it... Great story as always.

This was a cute story. I loved the sick Dean, unable to take care of himself, much less anything else. Sam having to play big brother was sweet. I love how Dean loves the jacket and his reasons. Thanks so much.
