You have a real talent for contrasting still, simple, elegantly-worded personal moments against the chaotic noise of the larger Mass Effect universe. I've really enjoyed this story, with its glimpse into the hearts and psyches of the people inhabiting it. You are extremely talented, and I really hope you write more!

Very well-written portrayal of a woman on the edge and teetering. And the last section... Kaidan! I cannot wait to read more!

I especially liked the ending of this chapter the way how she described what she wants for the future with Kaidan. It was sweet. Whole story was pretty good too :)

Wow this made me cry a little. It was so poignant. When Shepard and Kaidan started talking about what they wanted, I just raged at those stupid endings. Thank you for writing such a wonderful piece. I hope to see more of your work

oh this is just heartbreaking! Poor Shep is losing it, as she of course would be. I love that Kaidan is there to catch her when she falls, even after she was so mean to him. I wait eagerly for more.

Ohhh, wow... I'm so glad that you wrote a msg from Shepards Mum! Mine was a spacer too and it always bugged me there wasnt more mention of her. The msg is perfect - I think its just how I imagine it would be in the game.

And the end, with hurt Kaidan.. oh, the feels! So good. So sad. The characters are perfect. Are you planning to continue this? I can't wait to read more!
