She turned 26 before the Ohio trip. Supposed ly, she left for a year to work w kids. So, they reunite, sometime after Lynn/Quinn's, one year anniversary

Re-read this again and I forgot how truly beautiful it is. I love every part of this fic and I can't thank you enough for sharing it. I remember asking for the sad ending, but tbh I honestly don't know why I did that bc reading this again I'm 100% certain I cried more now than I did when I first read it. I even cried more reading the happy ending this time than when I first read the sad ending.

Despite receiving the ending chapters through email I had been stalling to read cause knowing it was the end I just wanted to savour it I guess, but Ive finally let myself read them!;)) And so here is my review!

Chapter(s) Review:
Firstly I liked that both ending were simple and straight to the point. I also liked that both story had special interaction moments involving the organ tranplants whether it was Santana who was the donor or the receiver.

Ending 1. I can totally understand and agree why you would pick this as your ideal ending! I prefer this one myself. I feel this ending is the one that is realistic to the situation. From my Grey's Anatomy knowledge I do know that getting a organ esp a heart is very difficult and even more when you get on a transplant list late! It was sad to see Quinn wake up lying next to Santana who had passed away! Just to imagine that scenario occuring in real life is heartbreaking! Also the video Santana had shot it was bittersweet!
I liked that as we saw things move forward we got to also read Quinn's inner monologue to Santana that's like a letter and see how she was trying to process/cope with what had happened!
As said I liked how Quinn received letters from those that got Santana's organ(s), it helped her feel better and further accept Santana's death! And also the fact that even when she died Santana helped others was a nice thought! I liked that you ended this chapter with Santana's life timeline, very fitting! I truely enjoyed this chapter! Great job on it!:))

Ending 2. Happy ending:Santana got a new heart and her body accepted it, she and Quinn get the chance to live and grow old together. Here also we got to see the POV of a organ receiver and them reaching out to the family of the donor. Quinn & Santana meeting Kurt was really sweet and touching esp the parts where they learn Blaine the donor liked wearing bow ties which Santana started wearing and also where he wanted to listen to the heartbeat. It was nice to read Santana being re-energized and adorable! What can I say she survived here so ofc it was good!;D

Both endings were great and really nice to read! I enjoyed them both. Both chapters are app endings for this story. No complains from me, Im glad I got to read to this story and am happy with it! Thank you sooo much for it!:DD

Damn. I finally caught up and finished the story. I do think the original ending (sad) one fitted the story better at the end :P. I mean it was definitely a sad ending but I feel like that's what was going to happen with Santana not being on the transplant list. You fucking killed me with the feels with seeing Quinn getting the letters from the transplanted people...and seeing Quinn wake up to realize Santana's dead :(. Omg.

Now I'm just waiting for traces :)
