I absolutely love this story! Your style is fantastic and it captured Caroline to a T. Very imaginative and touching.

This is so beautiful. You have that astounding ability to pick on the flaws of a character and make them devastatingly beautiful.

I love how you write Caroline. She's crazy and endearing and it was all just very spot on. :)

That was. Was. GOD. You captured Caroline perfectly; she is so achingly perfect in this that I am likely to cry at any moment. You made her so vulnerable, so completely aware of everything, so beautiful. And that is what I want in every fic that I read.

Also, the ending slayed me because they shouldn't get a happy ending, but they do - they get forever and they aren't dead at the last sentence. I love that. And I will forever love that and them and eternity.

hi, i'm in love with this oneshot so i'm going to talk to you about it like i've known you for ages and we're best friends and we get ice-cream a lot and talk about boys and make fudge and braid flowers into each others' hair all that charming teenaged stuff, alright?

and i can't, the ending has killed me, no coherent thoughts here except this is probably one of the few oneshots that i've read that TOTALLY encapsulates who caroline is and her thought processes here were charming, wonderful, brilliant, oh so hopelessly romantic - and the movie references! i was clapping my hands at greta garble and by the time i reached christian and satine i was reaching for my tissue box because while this fic gives me all sorts of feelings - the good kind, the kind that i'd want to feel when reading - this also makes me want to stare up at my ceiling and just... just that, actually. stare up at my ceiling and just think about what i read.

because when i finished i sort of had to sit back, wow, that was different. that was my childhood bestfriend holding her hand out to me. that was the oneshot i have been waiting to read all my life.

i was half expecting klaus and caroline to just, idk, get impaled by a harpoon or something when i was nearing the end because there is no way they'd be able to get a happy ending in canon but MY GOD YOU GAVE ME AN ENDING THAT DOESN'T REALLY END, an ending that just ties the story together so nicely and i am equal parts jealous and all parts in awe of you right now.

never stop writing, i'm eagerly awaiting more.
