This was great. I don't ordinarily read Lexfic, mainly because even though he's a fascinating character, I truly feel like he was perhaps the only thing that Smallville got absolutely, 100% pitch-perfect, so why do I need to read fanfic centered on him, you know? If the show did it all right, why bother. But something about this lured me in and I read it and DAMN it was awesome. Bravo, my friend, bravo.
