Epic story ! I loved this diferent take on renegade shepard

Quite an interesting take on a monstrous Shepard. I enjoyed reading this.

From start to finish, I loved every second of it. True, the gory parts were annoying and unwanted, but they were what made Shepard, Shepard. I also loved the intense level of character-building that went into Shepard's life. Overall, I really loved the story, and would like to congratulate you for a job well done!

Aw, you gave me hope there that he'd spare the Rachni. Yeah, he's not the sharpest tool in the shed, but I'd expected he'd at least listen to what Benezia and the Queen said. And maybe release the Queen for giggles. In their messed up galaxy, I almost think the Rachni might be the only sane, intelligent beings to be able to put the council back together again.
Besides, for Johnny to look only for himself, Johnny should have learned by now to listen to shit before he decides it's not important.
Also, how the hell the existence of the Rachni not go all over the extranet with Johnny bringing his whole team in? I'd expect it to at least slip from Ashley, what with her humongous family and sisterly gossiping.

I just have to say from the get-go before (if) anything in the plot drastically changes (my views), that Johnny Boy is not the hero the Galaxy wanted, but the hero it deserved. It may sound pessimistic of me to say it, but he's an exact mirror of the Citadel races and their past actions. That last line entirely defines the history of the Mass Effect universe as much as it defines Johnny Boy.

Well... I DID say one I'd like to read a fic with an evil Shepard.

Y'know, I was actually looking forward to the firing squad, just for him being a fucking racist asshole. Figures The Butcher survives, though. Fucked-up world,, just like reality.
It was an entertaining read, in the same, sick way people consider ultraviolent wrestling entertaining (I do... what a surprise, right?).

Damn it! Decent ending, a bit anti-climatic, I was really hoping the god child would pop up and Johny would be like "Fuck You!" ignore his monologue, and do his own shit. I really enjoyed the whole dark take on things, and I wish they would have incorporated it into the Mass Effect series. This is still over 9000 times better than the real ending in the game, before the extended edition. I was so mad I never even played the extended ending.

Awesome chapter! The alien reference was hilarious. I was a little confused at first by it, but then I was like wait... The Cat!

You know, you can't actually take this story too seriously, or it starts to get really depressing at points. But yeah, there's a person in Johny, but its just too deeply buried, and every time it starts to come out he pushes it down and puts on his normal facade. Oh and yes, I completely agree the the whole sword thing. Seriously is Kai Leng an anime character or something? It was stupid. Good Chapter.

What! I know he didn't like Joker, but jeez I didn't think he would kill him! And I don't feel sad for this amoral bastard at all. I can understand why he's on trial for war crimes. Good chapter

Great end to ME2. The Thane part was kinda ewww. I love how Johny tries to act all tough and manly sometimes and sometimes he breaks a bit. This is a great story considering that this is the first non school writing you've ever done.

I realize this my reviews are are a bit late as I didn't read this story as it was being made, but I really appreciate that you kept up the work on this. It's a really well made story and the Johny character development is so well done I feel like he's a real person. I like how Alenko got punched in the face.

At first I thought Johny was evil. Now I know he's just amoral. Great chapter! I wish I could have shot that batarian that talks to you right when you enter Omega.

When I read "Fuck you, I'm going to skull fuck your mother" I burst out laughing. This story is awesome!

I feel like a terrible person for saying this, but the whole fist interrogation/scalping thing was pretty hilarious. Oh and the whole thing about Garrus staying super clean in a fight. Good chapter.
