Oh, I absolutely loved this! Very well written and detailed :D It's kind of hard to find fanfics like these (or maybe I'm not looking hard enough), that will just engolf you in the story and totally make you forget your surroundings (no, really...I didn't notice my mom calling me for dinner and my cat somehow managed to jump on my bed and fall asleep around my neck lol). It covered the Waiting for spring pairing nicely; how they interact now compared to the past, how Alfie is Alfie, and how the two nations are different as well as being similar.

Man I enjoyed this too much, way too much. It was powerful and cute and just plain gave me a good feeling, not warmth but after you drink some hot cocoa when you need it kind of sense.
