You made a small forgettable character into someone who deserved a bigger story. I love what you did between the two characters. Kurt and Cooper’s friendship, on the show, could have made for some great stories. I like everything about this except how you mention Blaine at the end. The “kurt has blaine now”. Kurt only knew Blaine for like what a year? I think it’s very unhealthy to imply that getting a boyfriend/girlfriend will make everything better. The “anderson brothers” comment slightly ruined the story for me. I don’t know if you were trying to convince the reader that Blaine was just as important. It didn’t make sense though; it was an insult to the event that happened between Kurt and Cooper. Cooper saved Kurt’s life. Comparing that to Kurt’s relationship with Blaine, was disappointing.

I cried reading this. It is an absolute amazing story and honestly, it brings up a topic I've never considered, what the people on the other end of these hotlines think about in the aftermath. It was a really touching story

Wow, such a powerful story, it really pierced me right through my heart. Everybody should have someone to lean on. There is just to many that decide to end their life before it has really started. This story is beatiful, heartbreaking, sad and filled with hope. Thank you. (pardon for any misspelling).

This is beautiful. Thank you so much for making this wonderful piece of literature. The part that hit me the hardest was the point where Kurt said that he had made a deal with himself while his dad was in the hospital that "if he goes, then I go". That connected with me because, when I was 10, my mother was in a medically induced coma in the hospital, and I made that exact same deal. I even had plans. In the end, she didn't make it. But when I saw what it did to my father, I decided that I couldn't do that to him. Right now, I am alive and well with plans for the future, but I will never forget that time. Once again, I thank you for this brilliant piece. Everybody should see this.
