MoonMistX chapter 11 . 8/9/2013
I am speechless. I really don't know how to describe your writing other than the Platonic form of my own. Your embodiment of your characters and the emotion with which you write is exactly what I want to achieve and yet know I can never get there. So keep on soaring above everybody while I read from the ground because you are amazing.
muggletribute chapter 11 . 7/3/2013
Wow I loved this so much! I thought you did an amazing job staying in character, and that you gave a new light to the 'crazy' Annie Cresta. I love your writing in general though, beautifully written prose! :)

MariaaB chapter 11 . 1/6/2013
And finally I've finished reading this story! *wipes away tears*
It was lovely and sweet and found it's way to my heart in a millisecond. There I was, ill, laying in my bed, tablet in hand, having nothing to do. I started writing a story of my own, but then thought that maybe I should read a one about Finnick and Annie before my friend blames me for always rushing ahead. You can't write if you haven't read, she says. So I set the search options up to my wish, clicked at few links and started eliminating those whose writing doesn't attract me. I wanted to read something from Annie's point of view, as my initial thought was to write a story in Finnick's POV but then decided I'd never be able to get it right, so when I started reading this story I realized that you were getting it right from the very start. I was afraid that you make him that cocky, arrogant, heartless boy who eventually lets his heart melt because of a girl as many stories I started reading did. But no, Finnick here has a personality, and so does Annie. I wonder why so many people seem to forget that they do... She's not the cliched girl who falls in love with him immediately. You didn't get her as I pictured her, but I surely did love her personality in this story. Different is good in rare occasions, and this is here is a good occasion. I absolutely loved how you fit the events around the games as they should be, but how you also managed to add things of your own.
Beautiful.
This is the first Finnick/Annie story I've completely read, and I am too in love with it to go read any other. Love, love, love it. Thank you for writing it!
He'sJustNotThatIntoYou chapter 11 . 1/5/2013
I loved this story, is one of the better ones that tell Annie's games and Finnick's feelings behind it. I love it that you didn't present her as that fragile little shell, and I love that you didn't focus at Finnicks cockiness as much as all the fics do, HE'S A HUMAN BEING PEOPLE, AND HUMANS HAVE MANY SIDES TO THEM.
Loved it, thank you for writing this!

Omega2357 chapter 11 . 10/3/2012
wow. that was about as good as the actual books. the way you brought the Games to life and made it seem absolutely realistic, as well as your character development...you made me love them, you made me hate them, you made me root for them. I am honestly blown away. You have amazing talent :)
Amralume chapter 6 . 9/27/2012

Youve made this story just as beautiful as it is in the books, thank you.
MalaZh chapter 11 . 9/14/2012
First of all, thank you for creating such an amazing story about my favorite pair in the whole series! They crept up on me too :)

May I say, you wrote just like -if not even better than- Collins herself, the way you made the references to the real book, adding some sea-related wording, and weaving the story to make it much, much better. I couldn't stop reading. I love the characterization of everyone, it felt so real! This is by far THE most in-tune Annie I've read so far. Finnick's imminent humor is present but not overdone, just like the tone in the whole story. All in all, 10/10. BRAVA!

Oh and lastly, even if Collins wrote a fourth book just about the story of Finnick and Annie, I probably won't bother to read it. I don't want to ruin your story in my mind
