Love this! So sad that such an ordinary girl can be reaped, and you definitely portrayed that; how nobody can be safe from the Capitol. I really liked the bit where she tried to run away, that was really interesting. There were times where the writing seemed to ramble a little, but more times where it was brilliant - OMG THE ENDING AKLJHSAKLHFLKHL.

The first part did seem a little off to me. It felt like you were just rambling off with her descriptions, but then came the arena, and I think it became good from there. The suspense was really well-done, haha. I was thinking the girl would live, but then you mentioned "District 4's guy is the good looking one." and I was like, asdfghksjhd Finnick! :P

The ending was awesome, ngl. I liked how Finnick said he was sorry before he killed her because that is really IC.

But, wow. Such suspense. I thought you were going to let her live, and I wanted her to live, but then I didn't, so yeah. I mean, if you let her live, that would just be boring, I loved this ending.

So, this was wonderful, especially the last line. That line was amazing.
