I think Damon should end up with someone new. Elena is a hot mess, and I kind of hate Bonnie (not yours, specifically, but in general). If you wanted to really f-ck with Derek, you could have Damon, Rachel and Derek form a V triad relationship (each male is in a relationship with the female but not each other). I'm mostly kidding about that.
