I love this story. I've read it several times along with Let Go and Hold On. I saw at one time you were going to write a sequel, Hold on and Let go. I would love to read it even before you resume the aftershocks series. Hope all is going well and thank you for your wonderful stories.

There is a line near the beginning that says she was bending over the sink trying not to be sick...

She pushed her way out of the booth and made her way to the bathroom. It took several minutes before she had the rush of imminent nausea eliminated enough to think about stepping away from the sink.

each time I read an old favourite that I've not read for a while, its great. I still enjoy what I read the first time and no matter how many times I read it again, I still get a smile from the ending about taking the hammond for a galaxy trip instead of a road trip...keep writing you are an awesome writer...

*grin* This was thoroughly awesome. I love that Sam stayed true to herself- she never turned into an unrecognizable stereotype and Jack never turned into a wise-cracking caricature- and they're so *them*. They don't get all soppy and mushy and yet there's never a doubt how solid they are together.

Wonderful story, expanded this would make a terrific movie. Loved the whole premise and the ending.
